winning the Olympic Gold in Boxing, attaining the Heavyweight Title twice including a comeback at the age of 45, successful
promoter and significant philanthropy.
Seymour Holtzman, Co-Chairman and Director
Mr. Holtzman is currently the Chairman of the Board of
Casual Male Retail Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CMRG), the largest specialty retailer of big and tall men's apparel with 487 locations.
He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Web.com, Inc. (OTC: .WWWW.) and a member of the Board of Directors of Whitehall
Jewellers, Inc. (former NYSE company .JWL). Mr. Holtzman was founder and CEO of former New York stock exchange company
Jewelcor, Incorporated and Chairman and CEO of former American Stock Exchange Company Gruen Marketing, Inc.
Efrem Gerszberg, President and Director
Mr. Gerszberg has been the President and COO of George
Foreman Enterprises since May 2004. Since 2003, Mr. Gerszberg has been the Chief Operating Officer of Jewelcor Management,
Inc., an entity primarily engaged in investment and management services. Mr. Gerszberg is currently on the Board of Directors
of Web.com, Inc. (OTC: .WWWW.). Since its inception in 1993, Mr. Gerszberg has served on the Board of Directors
and Strategic Advisory Panel of Ecko Unlimited, a privately held young men's apparel company. Mr. Gerszberg earned his J.D.
from Rutgers School of Law.
George Foreman Jr., Senior Executive VP and Director
George Foreman III, Executive VP Jeremy Anderson, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Anderson has been the Chief Financial Officer of
George Foreman Enterprises, Inc. since August 2004. He is concurrently Chief Financial Officer of Jewelcor and its affiliated
companies since July 2004. Previously, Mr. Anderson was the Assistant Treasurer at The Leslie Fay Companies. Mr. Anderson
is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Villanova University in 1991 with a BS in Accounting.
Richard Huffsmith, Vice President/General Counsel
Mr. Huffsmith is General Counsel and Vice President for Jewelcor and Mr. Holtzman's
affiliated companies. Prior to joining Jewelcor in 1994, Mr. Huffsmith was a named partner in the Dallas, Texas law firm of
Bush, Craddock, Huffsmith & Gilhooly. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law in 1982
and has extensive experience in securities law, litigation and commercial transactions.
